Needs

TLD came to Revival with a clear objective: generate more qualified leads and position the company for long-term growth. While they had built an exceptional reputation in the field, their brand wasn't communicating the full scope of their expertise. They needed a unified identity and digital presence that would build trust, increase awareness, and attract more high-value commercial projects.

Strategy

We began by repositioning the company around its greatest competitive advantage: offering both diagnostics and trenchless restoration under one roof. By consolidating the brand into Trenchless Lining & Diagnostics, we created a clearer market position that immediately communicated what the company does and why it stands apart. From there, every touchpoint—from messaging and visuals to the website and sales materials—was designed to shorten the customer's decision-making process, strengthen credibility, and drive more commercial opportunities.

Deliverables

Our team developed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy before creating a completely unified brand system to support it. Deliverables included a new visual identity, logo, website strategy and custom design, truck wraps, business cards, sales materials, paid media, social media support, professional photography, and video production. Every asset was intentionally crafted to increase brand recognition, reinforce trust, and generate measurable business growth.

Pain Points Solved

The biggest obstacle wasn't the quality of TLD's work—it was brand confusion. Operating under both "Trenchless Leak Detection" and "TLD Pro" made it difficult for customers to understand the relationship between the businesses or the full range of services they offered. Combined with inconsistent messaging and a weak online presence, the brand was becoming difficult to discover and easy to overlook.

Best collaborative, intentional, purposeful, methodical approach to marketing I have experienced. I found someone that proposed a discovery period. Finally a group of people who actually wanted to know exactly what we do and how we do it to effectively tell our story.
