Needs

Our friends at Stitchco came to us with a brilliant idea: disrupt the sleep industry with a high quality pillow with no frills. In need of a comprehensive GTM plan to launch into the home goods/sleepwear market, we worked with the Stitchco team to build an Americana themed pillow brand from scratch. Out of that GTM, we eventually worked on branding, a website, content, and creative assets to support the brand’s launch and ongoing marketing.

Strategy

Go-To-Market

Our team conducted research to help identify ways to differentiate within the market at a brand level. Something we continued to see, especially amongst their intended audience, was a return to an Americana/Western aesthetic and motifs. Due to their handcrafted approach and their location, we felt that this was a great opportunity to curate a brand experience that aligns with this type of style that has resonated very well with current culture/consumers.

Branding & Packaging

We focused on building out a brand strategy/product narrative that was representative of their company’s heritage, vision, and values. We wanted to ensure that the customer’s experience felt peaceful, relieving, and that this product was not just a purchase, but an enhancement to their everyday/nightly experience. It's about increasing their well-being and quality of life, both at an individual level, but also for the positive impact of those around them. Our packaging and logo design reflected this vision with an Americana and heritage feeling logo mark, colors, and font. We also had a blast designing their customer unboxing experience.

Photo & Video

Our vision for photo and video was to theme our visuals using a midwestern and prairie approach. Fields, flowers, warmth, nature, outside, and the feeling of a soothing relaxing night of sleep. We also wanted to communicate the benefits of the pillow with out using more visuals and signals to "feeling." We shot video and photo around the midwestern U.S. with content staged in fields, studios, bedrooms, and more. The result, a wonderful library of assets for website, paid media, and social media.

Website

Our website design and e-commerce strategy was built around the branding - clean, warm images, inviting shopping experience, with really simple messaging surrounding the product and sleep. One of our favorite features of the site (built on shopify) was a sleep quiz with recommendations on which products to purchase based on sleep style and habits.

Influencer / UGC Content

In addition to social and paid media, the Revival team engaged a well rounded influencer campaign with a variety of UGC creators. With our target audience being mothers, we focused our creative on capturing content around homemakers. The results were amazing with hopefilled content and postive reviews all around.

Paid Media

Finally, our team inititated paid media cross a variety of channels include Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube and TikTok. We launched with a black Friday campaign and have successful rolled out multiple ad campaigns and optimized content. While starting a new pillow brand is not an easy task, we've made great progress and have enjoyed the journey of finding the right customers across different channels.

Deliverables

Our team set out to create a brand identity and subsequent assets that tell consumers (without really having to tell them) that Stitchco is more than just a company that sells pillows. They sell the lost art of American craftsmanship and Americana heritage. They sell a lifestyle that so many of us aspire to achieve and are actively working towards. A world in which products are made by hand. A daily pace that is easy-going. A posture of valuing true rest. We are proud of the collaborative partnership we built with the Stitchco team and we can't wait to see where this brand grows next!
