The Story
Airship Coffee has built one of the most recognizable brands in Northwest Arkansas—and we're proud to count ourselves among its biggest fans. In fact, we like to claim Airship as Revival's "satellite office" because you can always find one of us there.
When Airship came to us, they had a challenge: their website wasn't delivering the same thoughtful, vibrant experience customers enjoyed in their cafés. They needed an ecommerce platform that could capture the heart of the brand online, support future growth, increase subscriptions, and give their team greater flexibility behind the scenes.
Rather than simply redesigning the interface, we restructured the entire customer experience around conversion. We simplified navigation, prioritized subscriptions throughout the buying journey, strengthened product storytelling, and created a visual system that reflected the quality and personality of the Airship brand while improving usability across every device.
We designed a complete ecommerce website experience from scratch, including a new sitemap, custom page designs, optimized product and collection pages, subscription-focused landing pages, and a scalable design system. We also provided strategic recommendations for photography placement, animation, accessibility, platform architecture, and future content to support long-term growth.
The existing website lacked a clear customer journey, making it difficult for visitors to discover products and confidently make purchasing decisions. Mobile usability, subscription messaging, site organization, and product storytelling all created unnecessary friction, limiting conversions and making it harder for the brand to stand apart in a competitive specialty coffee market.

"Having worked in and around agency settings, I know it can be difficult to find a group that will treat your project as more than a case study, but Revival doesn't share that problem. Every interaction has been incredibly personable, every obstacle has been met with a thoughtful solution, and I've never felt like I was in the midst of an SOP."
