Needs

Pro's Pressure Washing is a family owned and operated business located in Northwest Arkansas that was started by Andrew and Elizabeth LeFevre. Their vision for pressure washing started when they realized there was a gap in the NWA market, specifically around washing fleets of trucks. Years later their vision has grown to serve massive brands such as Waste Management, Red Bull, United Postal Service, FedEx, CocaCola, and more. Thus, they needed a commercial website to match the quality and expectations of their clients. Revival was glad to step in and help them develop a clearer message strategy that was eventually incorporated into their new website.

Strategy

Pro's Pressure Washing has three core areas of service: Heavy Equipment, Commercial, and Fleets - each with their own unique needs and solutions. Our goal was to highlight all three areas of operation while bringing attention to specific needs and categories within each service. We did this by featuring clear visuals and descriptions of each subcategory - for both imagery and search engine optimization purposes.

We also wanted to add a personal touch by showcasing the homegrown story of Pro's... a powerful business idea created by fulfilling a specific gap in the market. We also highlighted company values and their deep commitment to quality service with specific points of emphasis. In a world where too many businesses give generic commitments, Pro's is willing to stand behind their word and service promise.

Another unique feature we enjoyed was incorporating and hinting at water features throughout the site such as water droplets, ripples as your mouse hovers, and clever animation to draw eyes down the page.

Deliverables

Our feedback from the client was excellent. Beyond just design, the process of learning their business and building out their services page by page was a really well thought out experience that the client found extremely valuable. Their business also continues to grow and they have received positive feedback on how professional and commercial their branding is when comparing to other local service providers.
