Website Design and Style Influence
With more than 40 years of experience in coaching leaders around the world, Gary wanted to showcase an online message that would help him convey his expertise and tailored approach to coaching. He wanted his brand to attract high capacity leaders looking for an elite coach. Thus, the website needed to feel luxury, boutique, classy, and modern.... so we did just that! From dark navy backgrounds, to using gold accents, and hand drawn sketches in the background, the entire site design was thoughtfully called "approachable luxury and adventure in Northwest Arkansas." High end, but not unachievable. Corporate-friendly, but not stuffy. Based in Bentonville, in the heart of the Ozark Mountains but also home to several Fortune 500 companies. We also took inspiration from luxury vehicles such as Rivian, "Mad Men," Rolex, and Filson.

In addition to design, we also wanted the copywriting on the site to speak directly to leaders looking to improve, make changes, and take giant leaps forward. Much of the site was action-oriented language with clear descriptors of key performance metrics, leadership goals, and action descriptors. The strategy of the messaging was also not only to tell, but show evidence of the impact Gary's work has provided to teams and leaders. Through his coaching, leaders have unlocked more productivity, effectiveness, and influence in their jobs leading to higher profitability, greater work-life balance, and fulfillment of purpose - case studies and testimonials were gathered to reflect this.
